Individuals – Czech nationals:

1. identity card

Individuals – foreign nationals:

1. passport (or an identity card, in the case of Slovak nationals)
2. permanent residence or long-term residence permit

Individuals – Czech nationals-entrepreneurs:

1. identity card
2. trade licence certificate (or another licence)

Legal entities – company's representatives:

1. identity card
2. power of attorney (with legalised signatures) authorising the company's representative to sign the contract
3. copy of an entry of the company in the Commercial Register
