- permanent residence or long-term residence permit
Individuals – Czech nationals-entrepreneurs:
- identity card
- trade licence certificate (or another licence)
Legal entities – company's representatives:
- identity card
- power of attorney (with legalised signatures) authorising the company's representative to sign the contract
- copy of an entry of the company in the Commercial Register
