Can I use my phone to make calls on the T-Mobile network?

The T-Mobile Czech Republic network supports GSM 900MHz and 1800MHz standards. If you have a corresponding end device and a roaming agreement has been signed between your home network operator and T-Mobile CZ, you can use your phone in the Czech Republic. Before leaving home, contact your home operator to ensure that you have active international roaming services.  

How can I manually select T-Mobile Czech Republic network?

If you travel to the Czech Republic, your phone should automatically connect to a Czech mobile network. To be able to use  the most of the benefits provided by T-Mobile CZ, ensure that your display shows “T-Mobile”, “Paegas” or “230 01”. If your display does not show any of these, please  use your phone’s menu to manually select T-Mobile.

Note the following steps for this procedure*:

1. Select the “Settings” menu or „Phone Settings“ menu
2. Select “Network”
3. Select “Manual network selection”
4. Select “T-Mobile CZ” or “paegas” or “230 01”

* The process may differ depending on your mobile phone.

Contact your customer service to find out the phone number and access code of your voice mailbox to reach it  from the Czech Republic. 

How do I call abroad from the Czech Republic?

To call foreign countries (i.e. to countries apart the Czech Republic)  dial the international code required, e.g. 0049 or +49 for Germany, followed the phone number.. Please note that also mobile phones that are currently roaming in the Czech Republic shall be called via their international code. 

How do I charge the battery of my mobile?

In Czech Republic, the mains voltage is 230 V/50Hz. Don't forget your charger  and a corresponding adapter.
