Mobile internet connection

In the T-Mobile network you can use fast and effective mobile connection to the Internet via GPRS/EDGE. You can also send and receive MMS in our network. Everything is very easy. You can connect just the way you are used to in your home network. No special settings of your phone and notebook or PDA are needed.

Easy prepaid roaming

Roaming in the T-Mobile CZ network is easy even if you have a prepaid card. T-Mobile has the most partners for direct-dial prepaid roaming out of all the Czech operators. If you want to make a call, you simply dial the number you want. Don´t forget to use the international number format.

You can also use some other services of your operator the same way as you do in your home network (contact your home operator for more information). Check the list of direct-dial network partners for preapid roaming by your home operator (T-Mobile can be also mentioned in the list as RadioMobil) or look at list of roaming partners.

T-Mobile Hotspot - wireless broadband connection

T-Mobile HotSpot will allow you to browse the Internet or log in to your company network. It’s an easy, reliable, wireless, high-speed connection - an ideal solution if you have spare time waiting on the airport or in the hotel. All you need is a notebook supporting WLAN (Wi-Fi) connection (via embedded chipset or separate datcard).

Logging In T-Mobile HotSpot
If you turn on your WLAN enabled lap top, , in a location covered by the WLAN signal (HotSpot), the card will log on to the WLAN network automatically. Launch your web browser and write the address of the website you want to check. You will be automatically rerouted to the T-Mobile HotSpot login site. You will then need to select the login method:

• WLAN Roaming with T-Mobile CZ
  If you  have WLAN Roaming  with  T-Mobile CZ , just send an SMS saying "Open" to the T-Mobile number 9526. You will then receive an SMS containing your user name and password. These will allow you to log in to the T-Mobile HotSpot service repeatedly from your notebook. For each commenced time interval (15 minutes), the  corresponding fee based on the service price list will be added to your T-Mobile monthly bill. . In order to cancel the access data, just send an SMS "Close" to the number 9526. Free registration SMS to the number 9526.
• All Users
  In case you are not a T-Mobile customer or prefer to pay by credit card, you may select this option if you own an EC/MC or VISA bank card. You just need to fill out the application form on the T-Mobile HotSpot portal, and choose the connection time (time pass for 1, 3, or 24 hours - you can also buy these vouchers in paper form for cash at most of the localities). After your data has been verified, you will be connected to the Internet automatically. You will also receive a user name and password, which will allow you to log in to the service from your notebook at any time until the expiration of your time pass (we therefore recommend that you carefully store your login data). After the time voucher expires, you will be automatically logged out and the user name and password will expire.
  Note: In case you choose to pay by credit card, you may request to be sent an invoice on the T-Mobile Infoline. After logging in to T-Mobile HotSpot, you will need to obtain the transaction ID, which you then have to give the operator in order to be sent the invoice.
