How to install the new version?

In standard configuration, the application will be updated automatically. A box will open with the text “A new version of the application is available. Do you want to download and install the new version?”. Click the “Yes” button to install the new version.

If the system has been configured to skip automatic updates you will be asked to contact your administrator.

 
Prerequisites for using Corporate Costs Administrator 2.0

The application can be used by those who have entered into an Important Customer Contract or a Frame Contract with TMCZ and have specified an invoicing administrator. This administrator must be registered at My T-Mobile and his/her username and password will be used as an authorization for the downloading of data.
The application can be downloaded by clicking the Corporate Costs Administrator link in the Downloads section of this page.

Download requirements:

• Access to the computer with administrator rights
• Connection to the internet for data downloads
• Recommended configuration: Windows-compatible PC (Pentium/AMD processor 2 GHz or higher, screen resolution 1024x768 or higher, Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher; operating memory 1GB RAM; MS Windows 2000/XP)
• Enough free hard disk space (at least 100 MB, depending on the amount of downloaded data).

Using Corporate Costs Administrator 2.0

Data is processed by the application as follows:

1. After the installation has completed successfully, start Corporate Costs Administrator 2.0 and connect to a T-Mobile server (by means of the data loading feature) using the invoicing administrator’s username and password.
2. From a set of invoices that are available for download, choose the one you need and download it into your PC.
3. The application automatically processes the data.
4. Help topics provide a detailed description of the application’s functionalities. They are available directly in the installed application, or can be downloaded as a PDF document from the Downloads section at the bottom of this page.
