Remoteaccess

Legal agreement:

By confirming the maintenance number provided, the customer acknowledges that he/she is fully aware that this operation will enable remote access to his/her device (mobile telephone, PC, notebook, etc.) by an employee of T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s., having its registered office at Tomíčkova 2144/1, Prague 4, 149 00, Company ID Number: 64949681 (hereinafter referred to as "T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s."), the purpose of which is to perform the required maintenance or other operations or activities, and that the employee of T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. can thus have access to the data saved in the customer's device.
By this procedure, the customer explicitly, freely and willingly grants consent to T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. for the performance of maintenance or another operation in the customer's device (mobile phone, PC, notebook, etc.) by an employee of T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. in accordance with the customer's request. The customer undertakes to take all technical measures to prevent T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. from becoming unwillingly acquainted with or otherwise processing any information (data) saved in the customer's device which could lead, especially, to a breach of the legal regulations in force (personal data, classified information, trade secret, bank secret, tax secret, etc.).
For these reasons, the customer shall, above all, take all necessary measures to prevent the disclosure of information and data other than those necessary for the relevant maintenance or another operation. T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. undertakes to process all data disclosed to it in connection with the required maintenance or other operations or activities only for the purpose of performing the maintenance operation and not to copy, save or perform similar actions with the data without the customer's consent.
