MobileBox

Service description

MobileBox is a service integrating the features of a voice, e-mail and fax box. The service allows the receipt of voice, fax and e-mail messages in the User's box. Messages can be read, written and handled via the automatic voice response system, internet browser, e-mail client (POP3) or wap browser in a mobile telephone device. The capacity of the box is 20 MB. This is a common limit for all e-mail, voice and fax messages stored in digital form. In the case that the box is full, it does not receive any further messages.

The MobileBox service is intended for the T-Mobile customers registered at t-zones, with the exception of customers using the prepaid service, and serves only for their private needs. The use of the MobileBox service for any other purposes is considered conduct at variance with the t-zones Terms.

Price of the service

Activation and monthly fees

The activation and use of MobileBox are subject to the activation and monthly fees as specified in the T-Mobile price list.

Access to the service

Voice access to the MobileBox service pertaining to the User's number is free of charge from the T-Mobile network (the number 3322 must be used). If accessing MobileBox via mobile channels (voice access to the box from another number, wap, GPRS internet), access to the box is charged based on the User's T-Mobile tariff or based on the price list of other operators or internet providers, depending on the type of the internet connection used by the User.

Payment for messages

The sending or forwarding of messages from MobileBox to paid channels (telephone, fax, SMS) is charged based on the User's T-Mobile tariff. MobileBox Users can send 100 SMS to the T-Mobile network free of charge each month from the internet. This is a common limit for MobileBox and the t-zones SMS gate.

The delivery and sending of e-mail messages to the User via SMS is charged based on the T-Mobile price list.

Receipt of information from T-Mobile

The User agrees that the Provider may add, at the end of e-mail and SMS messages sent, URL links accompanied by advertising slogans (so-called advertising footer, advertising message) and may send to the User's box information on new features of the MobileBox service or, as the case may be, other Provider's products or services. The consent under this article can be withdrawn at any time in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of T-Mobile.

Protection against computer viruses

In connection with the protection of its systems against computer viruses, the Provider is entitled to check all incoming e-mails. If a message is designated by the anti-virus software as infected, the Provider is entitled to change the content of the message so as to remove the virus. If the virus cannot be removed from the message, the whole attachment or message will be removed. The User will be informed of this fact through information in the original message or through a special e-mail message. The Provider has also the right to prevent the use of the service for sending e-mails by a User who knowingly or unknowingly sends messages infected with viruses. This provision shall not be understood as the Provider's obligation to provide protection against computer viruses under all circumstances.

Limitation of the service by the Provider

The Provider reserves the right to limit the use of the t-zones service without replacement in the event of breach of the t-zones Terms or material breach of the standards of conduct on the internet (netiquette). The reasons for the limitation of service may be, for example, as follows:

  • The e-mail address has been created in such a manner that
    • it causes annoyance or is in conflict with generally recognized ethical standards,
    • it is not related to the name of the User of the service and creates the impression that the User of the e-mail address is another generally known User,
    • the selected e-mail address does not have any connection with the name of the legal entity or individual who is the User and creates the impression that the User of the service is another generally known legal entity or individual,
  • The User has attempted to register as another User without such another User knowing about this or has attempted to disrupt the stability and operation of the MobileBox service by his/her conduct.
