When sending email to technical support directly from CCA, please do not overwrite or delete automatically filled subject for example: SFN III Error Report [ADF: 73720xxxx]. It will ensure right directing of Your email.
How actualization works?
Actualization is started automatically, directly from CCA III application. When new version is available a notice "New version is available for download" is displayed. By click on this notice application is actualized. If you do not have administrator rights, you cannot actualize application on your own - warning with information that you have to contact your administrator is displayed.

New version availability is possible to check by option “Check updates” in menu CCA III (click on telephone icon on left to corner of application window).
