  • The "S námi bez hranic" tariff includes 300 minutes of free international calls.
  • The "S námi bez hranic+" tariff includes 300 minutes of free international calls, 300 minutes of outgoing roaming calls, 300 minutes of incoming roaming calls, 300 messages and 300 MB of data roaming.
  • The free roaming units may be used in selected countries.
  • Once free credits have been used up, international call charges are governed by the international calls and messages price list.
  • Once free roaming credits have been used up, subsequent charges are governed by your roaming price list.
  • During the first three months, free roaming minutes and messages may only be used for communication with the Czech Republic and within a foreign country.

Notification: When billing for roaming traffic, it is necessary to wait for information from roaming partners, which may be delayed at times. As a result, roaming charges may appear on your bill up to two months after your trip.

  • Using an SMS message, e.g. by sending a message saying DOKUPDATA 60MB; DOKUPDATA 220MB, DOKUPDATA 1000MB or DOKUPDATA 1200MB to 4603 to increase your data limit.
  • Using the My T-Mobile mobile application – you can download at https://tmo.cz/mtm.
  • Using the automated voice service on 4603 in the services and Internet section or by pressing 523 immediately after hearing the greeting.
  • Using the USSD canal on *123*523#.

The "S námi" tariff is available upon signing a new customer contract, when renewing an existing one or when switching tariffs.

We recommend the attractive "S námi" tariff, which is designed specifically with young people in mind. For a monthly fee of 399 CZK (including VAT), you will have access to unlimited calls within the T-Mobile network, unlimited messaging to all networks in the Czech Republic, 120 minutes worth of calls to other networks and 200 MB of data. Unused free minutes will automatically be transferred to the next month for you.

For the price of a flat rate in the Let’s "S námi síť nesíť" tariff, you will be provided with access to unlimited calls and messages to all networks including landlines and 1.5 GB of free data at speeds of up to 225 Mb/s.

Useful information

  • The maximum duration of one call is 120 minutes. Free credits apply to all networks in the Czech Republic, with the exception of premium rate networks; such calls and messages are governed by the price list specifying the costs of such services.
  • Phone numbers operated by virtual operators within our network under a different brand name (e.g. MOBIL.CZ) are not ours, even though they may seem like they are. Calls and messages to such networks are subject to charges applicable to calls and messages outside of the T-Mobile network.
  • Once free roaming credits have been used up, charges incurred by messages sent to international networks are subject to the valid price list.
